Welcome to Tazgha! By booking your stay or participating in our retreat experiences, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Overview
Tazgha House is a private group holiday retreat in Essaouira, Morocco, offering immersive, restorative getaways for families, friend groups, and small collectives seeking connection and coastal calm.

2. Eligibility
Our retreat is open to private groups (friends, extended families, wellness circles, etc.). All guests must be registered. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

3. Booking & Payment

A reservation is confirmed only upon full payment.
Flexible arrival dates available, with a minimum stay of 3 nights for group bookings.
All payments are non-refundable unless covered by the cancellation policy below.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations made 14+ days before arrival: 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival: no refund.
Tazgha reserves the right to cancel bookings due to safety concerns, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or credit for future stay will be offered.

5. Code of Conduct

Respect for fellow guests, staff, and local neighbors is essential.
Guests are responsible for their behavior and that of their group members.
Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful conduct may result in immediate eviction without refund.

6. Health, Safety & Pool Use

Please inform us of any medical conditions or allergies in advance.
The pool is unsupervised—no lifeguard on duty.
Children must be directly supervised by an adult at all times near or in the pool.
Running, diving, or rough play in the pool area is strictly prohibited.
Tazgha is not liable for accidents, injuries, or incidents related to pool use.

7. Travel & Insurance
Guests are responsible for their own travel arrangements and must carry personal travel and health insurance. Tazgha does not provide coverage for illness, injury, or loss.

8. Intellectual Property
All photos, descriptions, and materials on our website are the property of Tazgha and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
Tazgha House is not liable for personal injury, property loss, or damages occurring during your stay or related travel.

10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.

Dear Guest,
By using the pool at Tazgha House, you acknowledge and accept the following:

Health & Safety Guidelines

Inform us of any relevant health conditions before arrival.
Adult supervision is mandatory for all children near or in the pool.
No lifeguard on duty.
No running, diving, or horseplay in the pool area.

Legal Disclaimer
Use of the pool is at your own risk. By entering the pool area, you voluntarily assume all associated risks. Tazgha House and its owners are not liable for injuries, accidents, or incidents related to pool use.

Your use of the pool constitutes full acceptance of this waiver. Stay safe—and enjoy the dip!

5. Indemnity
The guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Tazgha House from any claims arising from their stay.

6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before arrival are non-refundable.

7. Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by Moroccan law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Essaouira.
