1. Overview

Tazgha is a world schooling hub based in Essaouira, Morocco. We provide educational experiences blending academics, cultural immersion, and nature-based exploration for traveling families.

2. Eligibility

Programs are open to families embracing alternative education or world schooling. Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian unless otherwise approved.

3. Registration and Payment

• A place is secured only after full payment.
• Tazgha uses a rolling schedule: families can join at any point during the month but must commit to a minimum of one full month.
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise covered in the cancellation policy.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations made 14+ days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
• No refunds are issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the start date.
• Tazgha may cancel or postpone programs due to safety concerns, low enrollment, or emergencies. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or program credit.

5. Code of Conduct

• Respect toward all participants, staff, and locals is mandatory.
• Parents are responsible for supervising their children outside of structured program hours.
• Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior may result in immediate dismissal without refund.

6. Health, Safety & Pool Use

• Families must provide relevant health information (e.g., allergies, medications) before arrival.
• Parents/guardians are solely responsible for supervising their children in and around the pool at all times.
• No lifeguard is on duty. Children may only use the pool under direct adult supervision.
• Running, rough play, or diving is strictly prohibited in the pool area.
• Tazgha is not liable for accidents, injuries, or misuse of the pool.

7. Travel & Insurance

Participants must arrange their own travel and health insurance. Tazgha does not provide insurance coverage for illness, injury, or theft.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials on this website and in our curriculum are protected intellectual property. They may not be copied or shared without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Tazgha is not responsible for injury, loss, or damages incurred during participation, travel, or related activities.

10. Changes to Terms
