Dining at Tazgha House

While we don’t yet have a community kitchen you can use yet, we understand that food is a vital part of every travel experience. At Tazgha House, we aim to keep things simple while offering delicious, nutritious, and organic meals mostly.

Our menu is thoughtfully crafted to cater to a variety of tastes — including those of our youngest guests. Whether you’re setting off on a day of learning or enjoying local culture, we make sure every family member is well-fed and energized.

Breakfast

  •  Moroccan bread (warm & soft!)
  • Croissants & local pastries
  • Eggs  
  • Yogurt + honey + seasonal fruit (think oranges, bananas, dates)
  • Cereal or traditional Moroccan (sweet, nutty, energy-boosting!)
  • Fresh tea or coffee

Lunch

  • Pasta with tasty sauces: Tomato-Basil, Creamy Harissa, or Smoky Eggplant
  • Moroccan-style “Pizza” — crispy flatbread with olives, peppers & cheese
  • Daily Tagine — slow-cooked & tender 
  • Big Rainbow Salad — fresh veggies, chickpeas, feta, herbs + zesty dressing
  • Light Soup — like traditional “Harira” (hearty & warming)

Dinner

  • Pasta Night —  great sauces
  • Stuffed Moroccan Bread — crispy outside, melty cheese & veg inside (like a calzone!)
