Kitchen Menu

Dining Rooted in Rural Morocco

At Tazgha House, every meal celebrates the rhythm of rural life—simple, seasonal, and sourced within reach of our village. Choose the style that suits your stay:

Self-Catering: Hire the full villa and enjoy our fully equipped kitchen. We'll help you stock it with hyper-local staples—fresh bread from the village oven, eggs from nearby farms, seasonal vegetables, and pantry essentials—all sourced daily from Essaouira's markets and our own garden. (advance notice)

Catering Service: Prefer to relax while we cook? Select from our locally inspired meal packages below. Our cooks prepare everything using ingredients walked straight from soil to table—village-raised meats, Atlantic fish from Essaouira port, and produce that follows the seasons.
